Turkey Stuffing Balls Recipe
Ingredients (makes ~12–15 balls):
- 2 cups leftover cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 2 cups stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup chicken or turkey gravy
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
