Ingredients (Serves 8)
Cream Cheese Filling

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Strawberries
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional, for macerating)
Layers
- 1 box graham crackers (or vanilla wafer cookies)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Strawberries
- Mix sliced strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar.
- Let sit for 10โ15 minutes to release juices.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla to whipped cream.
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
3. Layer the Cake
