Ingredients (makes 12 sliders)

12 slider buns or small dinner rolls

1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami

1 cup sauerkraut, drained

6 slices Swiss cheese, halved (or 12 small slices)

1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking dish (around 9×13 inches) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Buns

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.

Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders

Spread a thin layer of Russian or Thousand Island dressing on each bottom bun.

Layer slices of corned beef evenly over the buns.

Add a layer of sauerkraut on top of the meat.

Place a half slice of Swiss cheese over each slider.

Cover with the top halves of the buns.
Step 4: Add Butter and Poppy Seeds

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with poppy seeds (if using).
