Philly Cheesesteak Bake
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper (optional), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced or shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream (or milk)

Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the beef & veggies
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook onions and peppers until soft (5–7 minutes).
- Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce; cook 30 seconds.
- Make it creamy
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Return beef to skillet and mix well.
- Assemble the bake
- (Optional) Spread fries, hash browns, pasta, or bread cubes in the bottom of the dish.
- Pour beef mixture evenly over the base (or directly into dish if skipping base).
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Bake
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
