Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C)
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Cream butter & sugars
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy (2β3 minutes).
3. Add eggs & vanilla
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla.
4. Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk:
- flour
- baking soda
- cinnamon
- salt
Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Add oats & raisins
- Stir in oats and raisins gently.
6. Scoop & bake
- Scoop 1Β½ tbsp dough per cookie.
- Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake 10β12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers look soft.
7. Cool
- Let cookies cool on the sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
