Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or half mayo + half Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp).
