🌯 Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos (Makes 4)
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus extra for serving)
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the filling
In a bowl, combine:
- shredded chicken
- ranch dressing
- cheddar cheese
- avocado
- rice/beans/corn (if using)
- tomatoes
- cilantro
- salt & pepper
2️⃣ Warm tortillas
