Mashed Potato Base

1. Mix the Potato Dough
In a bowl, combine:

- egg
- garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- chives
- salt & pepper
Mix until smooth and well combined.
If mixture feels too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk.
2. Shape the Puffs
- Scoop about 2 tbsp of mixture.
- Roll into balls and flatten slightly.
3. Coat (Optional for extra crunch)

4. Cook
