Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for melting chocolate, optional)
Instructions
- Mix the filling
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, crushed Butterfingers, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla.
- Mix until thick and dough-like.
- Form balls
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips (with coconut oil or butter if using) in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip & set
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Return to tray and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
