Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Creamy Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Topping
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C)
- Grease a casserole dish
2. Cook vegetables
- Steam or blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- Drain well.
3. Make sauce
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar, milk, melted butter, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Assemble
- Add vegetables to the casserole dish.
