Biscoff fudge is dangerously easy and way too good. Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth, and packed with that caramel-spiced Biscoff flavor. No candy thermometer, no stress. 😌🍯
Easy Biscoff Fudge (No-Bake)
Makes
About 36 small squares
Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: 2–3 hours
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2½ cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- ¾ cup Biscoff spread (smooth)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional topping: crushed Biscoff biscuits
Instructions
1. Prep the pan
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
2. Melt
In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
- Sweetened condensed milk
- White chocolate chips
- Biscoff spread
Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
⚠️ Keep heat low — white chocolate burns fast.
3. Flavor
Remove from heat and stir in:
- Vanilla
- Salt
Taste (chef’s privilege 😄).
4. Set
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits if using.
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
5. Slice & serve
- Lift out using parchment.
- Cut into small squares (it’s rich!).
Tips for Perfect Fudge
- Use good white chocolate for best texture.
- If it looks too thick while melting, add 1–2 tablespoons milk.
- For clean cuts, warm your knife under hot water and wipe dry.
Variations
- Swirled fudge: drizzle extra melted Biscoff on top and swirl
- Biscoff & milk chocolate: replace half the white chocolate
- Crunchy version: stir in crushed biscuits before pouring
- Salted: sprinkle flaky sea salt on top
