🍫🍀 Baileys Irish Cream Brownies (Fudgy & Boozy)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt chocolate + butter
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
2️⃣ Mix in sugar
Stir in sugar until well combined.
3️⃣ Add eggs + vanilla
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in vanilla.
4️⃣ Add Baileys
Mix in the Baileys Irish Cream until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Fold in dry ingredients
