- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ lime
Fajita Seasoning
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½–1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prep
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken, peppers, and onion with olive oil, lime juice, and seasoning.
- Cook
- Place mixture in air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd — cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Serve
- Warm tortillas and fill with chicken & veggies.
