Ingredients (serves 2–4):

2–4 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold work best)

½–1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped green onions, cooked bacon bits, parsley
Instructions:
1. Prepare the potatoes

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

Optional: peel, but leaving the skin adds texture.

Cut into halves or quarters depending on potato size.
2. Season

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Optional: add garlic powder, paprika, or dried herbs for extra flavor.
3. Preheat the air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
4. Cook the potatoes

Place the potato pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
5. Add the cheese

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the potatoes.
