Ingredients
- 2–4 boneless pork chops (½ inch to ¾ inch thick)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Optional: ½ tsp Italian seasoning or cayenne
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the pork
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels
- Season both sides with salt and pepper
2️⃣ Set up the breading station
- Plate 1: flour
- Plate 2: beaten eggs
- Plate 3: breadcrumbs + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + seasoning
3️⃣ Bread the chops
- Dredge in flour → shake off excess
- Dip in egg
- Press into breadcrumbs until coated
4️⃣ Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Spray pork chops lightly with cooking spray
- Place in basket in a single layer
Cook time:
- ½ inch chops: 10–12 minutes
- ¾ inch chops: 12–14 minutes
Flip halfway through and spray again lightly.
