Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (200 g) tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 250 g (2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
- Optional: shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
Step 1 – Prep ingredients
- Brown ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Step 2 – Assemble in crockpot
- Transfer beef, onions, and garlic to slow cooker.
