- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 3–4 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. - Prepare pastry:
