Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 eggs

For the topping:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1) Prep the chicken
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch)
- Season with salt & pepper
2) Bread the chicken
Set up three bowls:
- Flour
- Beaten eggs
- Breadcrumbs + Parmesan + garlic powder + Italian seasoning
Steps:
- Dip chicken in flour → shake off excess
- Dip in egg
