Instructions
1) Make the dough
- In a bowl, mix warm milk + sugar + yeast.
Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy. - Add melted butter, egg, and salt.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes (or 5 minutes in a stand mixer) until smooth.

Mix:

3) Roll and fill
