Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

How to Make
1) Prepare the potato mix
Mix together:
- mashed potatoes
- mozzarella
- Parmesan
- egg
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt & pepper
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes (helps shape them).
2) Shape the balls
- Take a small portion of potato mixture.
- Flatten it in your palm.
- Add a small cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Wrap the potato around it and roll into a ball.
3) Coat them
- Roll balls in flour
- Dip in beaten egg

4) Cook
Frying method
- Heat oil to 350°F / 175°C
- Fry until golden brown (2–3 minutes)
- Drain on paper towels
Air fryer method
- Spray balls with oil
- Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway
