🍲 Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional but tasty)
- 1–2 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Glaze (optional but delicious)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
2. Mix the Meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine:
- Ground beef
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Milk
- Chopped onion
- Ketchup (optional)
- Salt & pepper
