Ingredients
Monkey Bread
- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2–3 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the Cinnamon Sugar
- In a bowl, mix:

- Set aside.
2. Cut & Coat the Biscuits
- Cut each biscuit into 4–6 pieces.
- Roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
3. Arrange in Pan
- Grease a bundt pan or tube pan.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces into the pan, layering them evenly.
4. Make the Sticky Glaze
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and salt.
- Bring to a simmer for 1–2 minutes (don’t boil too long).
5. Pour the Glaze
- Pour the hot brown sugar butter mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
6. Bake
