For the Chicken

For the Coating
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
For the Burger
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Mayo or spicy sauce

Steps
1. Marinate the Chicken
- Mix chicken with buttermilk and spices.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
2. Prepare the Coating
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl.
